Six months later, that company sold for $150 million. That moment sparked a passion to help business owners secure the full value of their companies.
With this experience, Andrew founded SSK Capital with a goal to provide unmatched investment banking services focusing on sell-side and buy-side M&A — with a close rate of 95%, far exceeding the industry average of 30%.
